Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

I've been a member of PTF for a few years now, finding this gym as I truly began to hone my own personal fitness path. Between raising a family and building a career, I found myself spread thin and grasping at the energy to keep up with my own life. I leaned back into caring for my overall wellness: learning & adjusting daily habits around the way I fueled my mind and body and stretching my own physical capabilities. My foundation in education paved the way for a lifelong love of learning, sharing and community. I'm already enjoying my new roles as Fitness Coordinator & Certified Personal Trainer at PTF and look forward to partnering with you as we help rebuild the mind, body, and spirit of each one of you seeking to achieve your own personal best!

Jess Belsalmo

I am a certified Zumba instructor, Strong Nation instructor, and Zumba Toning instructor. In addition to teaching classes during the week, I attend several classes led by our amazing instructors. Nothing makes me happier than dancing and working out with other people in group fitness form. I love the community we have here and care deeply about the people I meet. I encourage everyone to try the fabulous classes and just have fun!

MEGHANN BANDT BSEd, AFAA

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

I've been with the PTF Family since 2017 and working within the fitness industry for 15 years teaching various group fitness classes and personal training. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise with a minor in Health Promotion and Recreation. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Kinesiology. My specialties include, Weight Management, Active Aging, Stretching & Flexibility.

Tanya Suiter

AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I hold 8 Branded Certifications as well. I have been teaching Group Fitness for over 16 years.

I am extremely dedicated to fitness and overall wellness. I love to instill as much of that as I can into my participants. I love to see the way groups work together and encourage each other to get stronger and stay healthy.

Mandy Rutkowsky

Zumba is a great class to add on your journey to better health and fitness. I have been passionate about dancing since I was a child. I have participated in Zumba classes for the past 15 years, and received my Zumba certification in 2013. I have been instructing Zumba classes at PTF for the past 3 years. Zumba is a great workout, and it's "exercise in disguise", because it's so full of fun, and great energy!
