Our Personal Training transformation plans
We sit down with every client and discuss your goals - where you are right now and where you want to be, we customize a plan and are there with you every step of the way. We have 60-minute and 30-minute session plans available that spread your investment over 3, 6 or 12 months to help with consistency and accountability.
Our small group training programs: Fit Challenge, Transform u & muscle cuts
Our Small Group Training Programs are limited in size to offer more individual attention and the use of specialty equipment. You can choose to add one SGTP per week or multiple classes to create your own custom workout plan. The trainers are there to motivate and inspire you as well as create that all-important accountability factor.
