Adult Tennis Drills

Level One is designed for beginner level players looking to learn the basics of tennis. The class will focus on stroke development and tennis etiquette.
Wednesdays: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Level Two will be beneficial for those who have an understanding and knowledge of the sport. The class will focus on skill, development, strategy, and technique.
Tuesdays: 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Level Three is for players who have dependable strokes, including: directional control, depth, ability to alter distances of their shots, ability to use lobs, overheads, approach shots, and volleys.
Wednesdays: 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

SESSION 2: NOVEMBER 11TH - JANUARY 26TH (Off 11/28, 12/24-1/1)

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a fun way to burn calories and interact with others outside of the gym. Cardio tennis is a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
