Adult Tennis Drills
Premier Tennis and Fitness offers a wide range of programs for men and women. For an evaluation, please contact Barry Hankel at 608-208-1760 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We do prorate prices when you join a drill in the middle of a session, so don’t wait to get started!
Level One is designed for beginner level players looking to learn the basics of tennis. The class will focus on stroke development and tennis etiquette.
Thursday: 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Level Two will be beneficial for those who have an understanding and knowledge of the sport. The class will focus on skill, development, strategy, and technique.
Tuesdays: 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Level Three is for players who have dependable strokes, including: directional control, depth, ability to alter distances of their shots, ability to use lobs, overheads, approach shots, and volleys.
Wednesdays: 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Session 1: September 18th - November 12th
Session 2: November 13th - January 14th
Session 3: January 15th - March 11th
Session 4: March 4 - May 6

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone, at any playing level, looking for a fun way to burn calories and interact with others outside of the gym. Cardio tennis is a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
3.0 and below: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
3.5 and above: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
