TRANSFORM U

is a weight management program designed to provide motivation, inspiration and knowledge for those looking to live a healthier life.

This program is FREE for members.

Non-members, please see Chris for registration information.

The program is offered Mondays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 8:00am and will involve group discussion, strategic planning and motivation.

Sign up is available at the Front Desk.  Kids' Club will be available during these times - please sign your child up in advance for Kids' Club.
