E.M.O.M.

"Every Minute on the Minute" is a fast paced class that combines Strength & Cardio drills. This class uses a variety of formats - all broken down into minute segments, with exercises that will insure that students are getting the most effective workout possible.

Cycling

This class will burn calories, build strength, develop muscular and cardiovascular endurance and improve overall fitness. The energetic music motivates each rider through a variety of speed and resistance challenges. Each class will take you on a creatively designed ride to maximize your fitness potential.

 

Endurance Strength 

In this class we will use free weights, resistance bands, body weight and more to get a great full body strength training workout. Don’t let this class fool you - though we are primarily focused on strength exercises, the transition from one exercise to another tends to bring on the sweat!

H.I.I.T.  

This powerhouse workout is guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart pumping. This 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training class will consist of cardio intervals using various pieces of equipment and floor drills to get you sweating.

Kickboxing 

This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts, providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.  This class is taught by instructors who have earned their Black Belts in various forms of Martial Arts for an authentic Kickboxing experience.  This is a mind AND body workout where students will leave class feeling empowered.  *Please remember to bring your own gloves.* (For those trying out the class, we have a limited number of gloves available for use.)

PILOXING KNOCKOUT® (KO)  

Piloxing Knockout combines the boxing and pilates of the Original Piloxing format in a timed class that adds athletic and agility drills to the mix.  Progressions will be shown for all fitness levels.  It's time to IGNITE!

PILOXING®  

PILOXING® is an interval class combining the punches of boxing (no contact), core-busting standing Pilates and a dash of dance.   This class currently rotates the original Piloxing® program with the exciting Piloxing Knockout® format. This head to toe workout will burn calories and create a sleek and powerful you! 

PIYO® 

This class is inspired by Yoga and Pilates mat exercises to build core strength as well as enhance agility and balance.  Define yourself!

POUND®  

POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and Isometric poses into a 30-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!

R.I.P.P.E.D.® 

This class utilizes resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D.® to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable, and extremely effective. 

RUN Group

Led by our RCCA-certified Run Coach, Jen, this outdoor class lets you hit the road, hit the trails and explore the great outdoors, all while being coached on proper run technique through various run lengths.  In the case of inclement weather, RUN Group will be held inside on our treadmills.

STRONG by Zumba®  

This class combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

Turn & Burn

A fusion class that may be in one of two formats:  (1) a solid 25 minutes of cycling followed by 25 minutes of resistance training for an efficient total body burn or (2) an interval class where students will alternate cardio drills on the bike with strength drills on the floor.

 

Yoga  

This class is based on Hatha yoga postures designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. The perfect way to balance your workout regimen while enhancing your overall well-being and health.  Modifications for various fitness levels will be demonstrated to insure that all participants benefit from this 50-minute class. 

Zumba®

Zumba® is a perfect workout for everybody and every body. Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.
