Fit Challenge is our Small Group Training Program that will give you the opportunity to unlock strength, balance and endurance.

Small Group Personal Training offers a whole new experience for clients. These interactive sessions give our trainers the opportunity to create and design new, fun, and exciting workout sessions to encourage a fun and interactive environment.
These sessions are great for many different types of fitness enthusiasts. Do you enjoy a social atmosphere when working out? Do you stick with a program better when you are accountable to friends? Great! These sessions are a perfect opportunity to get a group of friends together and get a great workout! Are you new to the area or to PTF? No problem! These sessions are a great way to meet a number of new people while you get your workout in!
Let our Front Desk or Fitness Team know if you have a group you would like to get started with or if you are interested in jumping in with a group that is currently working out together!
We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions for each of the following Small Group Personal Training Sessions:
3 & Me Sessions – If 2 is good three must be better! Bring two friends and the environment gets even more fun! 3 clients 1 Trainer
4 Or More – Bring all your friends and have a great workout! This is a great chance to catch up with friends and family! 4 or more clients 1 Trainer
