Individualized Fitness Program – Our Trainers will create a fitness program based off your goals and fitness level. These tailor made programs will be designed with your strengths and weaknesses in mind, with the idea of maintaining your strengths and improving your weaknesses.
Safety – First and foremost our Trainers will ensure that you get to your goals safely and injury free by teaching you the fundamentals of strength training and aerobic training.
Accountability – Our Trainers will help you reach your goals by ensuring you are doing everything you need to in order to be successful such as accomplishing all of your workouts and making sure you are getting all of your nutritional needs.
Fitness evaluation –This is a series of tests designed to assess cardiovascular fitness, body-fat percentage, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance.
We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions for each of the following Personal Training Sessions:
One-On-One Sessions – Great option for those just getting started! 1 client 1 Trainer
Buddy Sessions – Bring a friend! These sessions creates a great environment…. 2 clients 1 Trainer
3 & Me Sessions – If 2 is good three must be better! Bring two friends and the environment gets even more fun! 3 clients 1 Trainer
4 Or More – Bring all your friends and have a great workout! 4 or more clients 1 Trainer
