


Fit Rite is an all-emcompassing educational fitness program to get you started and educated while you start a healthier lifestyle.
During the 6-week program you will be able to attend 18 Small Group Personal Training sessions and have email contact with your Fitness Guide to answer any questions you may have along the way.
Fit Rite Includes:
6 TRX Small Group Sessions
6 Tread N' Shred Small Group Sessions
6 U Fit Small Group Sessions
Plus email contact with your Fitness Guide for nutrition and exercise advice

Tread N' Shred sessions are 60 minutes sessions that combine strength training and cardio to create the perfectly balanced workout. During these fun yet challenging sessions you will spend time alternating between bouts of cardio on the treadmill and bouts of strength training.
Tread N' Shred sessions are held every Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:00pm.

Bring you family and Friends! These Small Group Personal Training sessions will give you a great workout all while maintaining a fun atmosphere!
Medicine Ball's, TRX, Agility Ladder drills, Kettlebell's, partner exersices, group exercises, and many more new and exciting exercises!
U Fit sessions are held every Thursday evening from 6:00-7:00pm.
