What is TRX Suspendion Training?

TRX Suspension training uses your own body weight and gravity to work every muscle in your body with one simple tool! By utilizing your own bodyweight the TRX Suspension Trainer provides you with a new and exciting workout!

 

All TRX sessions at PTF are lead by one of our Certified Personal Trainers and TRX Instructors! 

When is TRX Suspension Training offered at PTF?

TRX Sessions are offered every Monday evening from 6:15-7:15pm
